Focus Forge Terms of Use

Focus Forge is a focus timer and habit app. Coins, XP, streaks, leagues and the companion (pet) are in-game items: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred.

A guest account is tied to your device; if you delete the App, your progress may be lost. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress.

You can delete your account at any time in the App via Profile → Delete account. See the account deletion instructions for details.

You agree to use the App fairly. The following may lead to suspension of your account:

• Cheating or exploiting bugs
• Using automation, bots or scripts
• Manipulating leaderboards or leagues
• Any other abuse of the service

• Billing: Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial: A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• Managing: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's policies.

Purchased coins are for in-app use only. They are non-refundable and have no cash value.

The free version of the App shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Premium users see no banner or interstitial ads.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
