Welcome to QRVault (also referred to as QR Reader). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QRVault mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you.
Under this license, you are prohibited from:
- Modifying, copying, translating, or creating derivative works of any part of the App.
- Tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) or attempting to extract the source code.
- Using the App to scan, create, or distribute material that is unlawful, malicious, or infringes on third-party rights.
QRVault provides tools for scanning and generating QR codes and barcodes.
- No Verification: We do not verify, endorse, or control the URLs, text, or files encoded within scanned QR codes. Accessing external links or executing commands from scanned codes is done entirely at your own risk.
- Generated Codes: You are responsible for the correctness and content of QR codes you generate using the App.
- Data Privacy: Scan histories and generated QR code designs are stored locally on your device's memory. We do not transmit or store scanned content on our servers.
Certain premium tools, such as unlimited generation, batch scanning, or ad-removal, may require in-app purchases.
- Billing Process: Transactions are securely handled by Apple App Store / Google Play Billing systems.
- Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel renewing billing by turning it off in your Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Support queries regarding purchases should be directed to the App Store or Google Play support pages.
We provide the App "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding scanner accuracy, camera compatibility, or uninterrupted service.
In no event shall Ask Mobile be held liable for any damages, security exploits, or data loss resulting from scanning malicious QR codes or using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these terms periodically. Continuing to use the App after updates means you accept the revised terms. For support, contact us:
