BrickTracker. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BrickTracker mobile application (the "App") developed by
Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
BrickTracker is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for tracking your brick and toy set collections.
You may not use the App for commercial replication of set catalog data or scrape catalog details from the App. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App code is strictly prohibited.
BrickTracker acts as a digital inventory tool for logging set numbers, parts lists, and piece counts.
- Local & Cloud Data: Your collection is saved on your device storage. If you choose to enable the optional Cloud Sync feature, a backup of your inventory is stored securely on our database.
- Catalog Accuracy: While we try to ensure part catalog details are correct, catalog listings and set parts are compiled from public domains. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of elements lists.
Advanced inventory features, backup sizes, or ad-removal might require premium purchases.
- Store Billings: Purchases are securely processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are auto-renewing. You must cancel billing renewals in your Store subscription settings at least 24 hours prior to the billing cycle completion.
The App is provided "as is" without representation or warranties of any kind.
Ask Mobile is not liable for data loss (e.g. wiped collection inventories on device failure or uninstalling the App without active Cloud backups).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
