Welcome to FastPDF (also referred to as FastPDF - Pdf Editor & Reader). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastPDF mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for editing, signing, converting, merging, or splitting PDF documents.
You agree that you will not:
- Use the App to modify copyright protections or digital watermarks on documents that you do not own.
- Tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) or hack premium feature gating systems.
- Distribute documents containing sensitive personal information without authorization.
FastPDF processes your documents locally on your device to guarantee privacy and security.
- Privacy First: Your documents, signatures, text edits, and converted files are not uploaded to our servers. All modifications happen locally.
- Signatures: Any electronic signature generated inside the App is stored in local app storage and is applied directly to the document. We do not verify the legal enforceability of signatures.
All PDF modifications are executed locally. We are not responsible for document formatting glitches or data loss resulting from corrupt files.
Advanced document conversions, bulk merges, or ad-removal packages require premium purchases.
- Billing Process: Purchases are securely processed by Apple App Store and Google Play billing mechanisms.
- Auto-Renew: Subscriptions automatically renew. You can manage and disable renewals through your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
The App is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding document rendering accuracy, conversion success, or compatibility with all third-party PDF readers.
In no event shall Ask Mobile be held liable for any document errors, signature invalidity, or loss of critical business documents due to device errors.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Turkey.
