Welcome to NutriAi (NutriAi - AI Calorie Tracker). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NutriAi mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for tracking food items, analyzing macros, and estimating calorie ingestion.
You are prohibited from:
- Using automated bots or scripts to scrape diet profiles or ingredient database elements.
- Attempting to bypass daily AI calculation limits or premium gateways.
- Tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) the AI recognition interfaces.
NutriAi utilizes artificial intelligence models to recognize food items from photographs and textual descriptions.
- Estimations Only: The calorie calculations, ingredient analysis, and macro percentages are estimations generated by AI. They are not guaranteed to be clinically exact.
- Not Medical Counseling: NutriAi suggestions do not substitute clinical weight loss guidance, allergy checking, or dietetic counseling. Always consult professional dietitians if managing health conditions.
NutriAi is a motivational tracking tool. We are not responsible for any adverse health issues or diet failure associated with nutritional calculations.
Premium food scanning quotas, advanced historical stats, or ad-removal packages require subscriptions.
- Billing Channels: Payments are processed via standard Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless disabled inside your App Store/Google Play settings at least 24 hours prior to the current cycle completion.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime for AI photographic recognition processes.
In no event shall Ask Mobile be held liable for food allergy incidents, incorrect macro logs, or server failures affecting dietary tracking.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these terms at our discretion. Continuing to use the App indicates acceptance of modified terms. For support, email:
