Welcome to Social Post Saver. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Social Post Saver mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible mobile devices owned or controlled by you.
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
- Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, translation, or derivative work from the App.
- Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
- Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your use of the App.
Social Post Saver allows you to organize and download content from third-party social media platforms (including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others).
- Respect for Rights: You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the downloaded content belong to their respective creators or publishers. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download and save any specific piece of content.
- Platform Terms: You must comply with the terms of service of the third-party platforms from which you download content.
- Local Processing: Social Post Saver does not host, upload, or share your downloaded videos or images on our servers. All operations are processed locally on your device.
Certain features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play Account Settings.
- Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are handled exclusively by Apple or Google.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Turkey.
