Ask Mobile ("we," "our," or "us") operates the BrickTracker mobile application (the "Service"). BrickTracker helps you log LEGO sets and parts, track missing pieces, view collection statistics, and optionally sync your collection across devices.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

BrickTracker is provided as a free app to help you manage your brick collection. This Service is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Collection Data

To provide set tracking, missing-piece analysis, and collection statistics, the app may store the following information:

Sets & Parts: Set numbers, part IDs, quantities, and build status.
Wishlists & Notes: Items you mark as wanted or custom notes you add.
Preferences: App settings such as display options and units.
Usage Data: Information on how the Service is accessed and used.

Account & Cloud Sync

If you sign in or enable Cloud Sync, we may collect an account identifier (for example, via Google Sign-In) and sync your collection data to our secure cloud infrastructure so you can access it on other devices.

Local Storage

Your collection is stored locally on your device. When Cloud Sync is enabled, a copy is also stored on our cloud servers linked to your account. If you do not use Cloud Sync, your collection data remains on your device only.

We do not sell your collection data. Cloud Sync is optional and used only to back up and restore your collection across your devices.

2. Permissions Required

To function correctly, BrickTracker may request the following permissions on your device:

Internet: To sync your collection, load set data, serve advertisements, and send analytics and crash reports.
Notifications: To send optional alerts related to your collection or sync status, if you enable them.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app may utilise third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the third-party service providers used by the app:

Google Play Services — core platform functionality
Firebase Authentication — account sign-in for Cloud Sync
Firebase Firestore — cloud storage for synced collection data
AdMob — advertising network for ad serving
Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics — analytics and crash reporting

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their respective policies for details on how they handle data.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it — including encryption in transit for cloud-synced data.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
