Welcome to Video Compressor. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Video Compressor mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for compressing and editing video files.
You are prohibited from:
- Modifying, copying, translating, or creating derivative works of any part of the App.
- Attempting to bypass compression speed throttling or premium checks.
- Tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) or extracting resources from the binary.
Video Compressor processes your media files entirely on your device.
- No Cloud Storage: We do not upload your video files to our servers. All compression and editing take place locally.
- Responsibility: You remain the sole owner of and responsible for the media files you process. Ensure you do not process files that violate copyrights or local laws.
Video processing runs locally on your hardware. We are not responsible for any file corruption or metadata loss during compression.
To access faster compression speeds, high-bitrate outputs, or ad-free usage, you can purchase premium access.
- Payment Details: Purchases are billed securely via Google Play Billing / Apple App Store subscription APIs.
- Auto-Renewal: Premium plans auto-renew. Turn off renewal inside Store accounts settings at least 24 hours prior to the current subscription ending.
- Compliance: In accordance with Apple App Store guidelines, active subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by the user and no partial refunds are provided.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that output compressions will satisfy particular platform limitations (e.g. email or chat app size caps) in all circumstances.
Ask Mobile is not liable for device overheating, battery depletion, or storage failures occurring during heavy compression tasks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these terms periodically. Continuing to use the App indicates acceptance of modified terms. For support, reach out to:
