Welcome to CutOut. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CutOut mobile application (the "App") developed by Ask Mobile ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device to edit and export your own photos.
You are prohibited from:
- Modifying, copying, translating, or creating derivative works of any part of the App.
- Bypassing, modifying, or defeating any license checks, paywall, or security mechanism in the App.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the App's source code.
- Using the App to edit photos you do not have the rights or permission to use.
CutOut processes only the photos you choose to open in the App. You are solely responsible for the photos you edit and export, and for having the necessary rights to them.
- Accuracy: Background removal uses a classical segmentation algorithm (GrabCut), not AI. Results may require manual brush correction and are not guaranteed to be perfect for every image.
- No Backup: We do not store a copy of your original or exported photos. Once an unsaved edit is closed, it may not be recoverable.
Always keep your own backup of important photos. Ask Mobile holds no liability for lost or unsatisfactory edits.
CutOut offers optional Pro upgrades: a weekly subscription (with a 3-day free trial), a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Pro removes ads, the export watermark, and daily export/resolution limits, and unlocks batch processing and the full background library.
- Transaction Provider: All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that background removal will meet your expectations for every photo.
Ask Mobile is not responsible for any device issues, data loss, or output quality that may occur while using the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these Terms at our discretion. Continuing to use the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. For support, reach out to:
