Ask Mobile ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CutOut mobile application (the "Service"). CutOut removes the background from your photos using on-device image processing — no artificial intelligence models and no remote servers are involved in editing your images.

This page explains what information CutOut accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.
📋

1. Information Collection and Use

CutOut lets you select or capture a photo and cut out its subject using classical computer-vision segmentation (OpenCV GrabCut) that runs directly on your device.

To provide this feature, the app requires access to certain information on your device:

On-Device Processing

All background removal, masking, brush edits, and exports happen locally on your device. CutOut does not upload your photos or exported images to our servers or to any third party.

Your photos never leave your device. We do not collect, view, or have access to the images you edit.

4. Security
